We recently enjoyed working on one of Australia's oldest and most respected brands to facilitate the development of a communications strategy. There were many issues to work through due to the existence of sub-brands, dilution of the master brand and commoditisation of the category. Working with all the stakeholders within the client business we were able to develop a focussed strategy which was then incorporated into an agency pitch process.
