When training is just not enough

We are really passionate about the role of marketing to drive sustainable value for organisations and have developed a product which combines capability development of the team with tackling unique strategic issues for our clients. This capability development ranges from Technical Knowledge (such as Digital Marketing Tools) through to Higher Order Attributes like Creativity and Insight.

The benefit of this approach is that after half a day or a day in a workshop, the team leaves with an expansion of their capability and their thinking and takes back to the organisation some progress and action points on a key strategic issue. These workshops are also great opportunities for team building and shared learning that supports the team when they are back in the day-to-day world of a frenetic marketing environment.
